Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it on our website

6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification with the required information as specified in the DMCA.

Repeat Infringers

We may terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
